I am writing to present my candidacy for roles related to IT support, systems and infrastructure. Throughout my career I have gained experience in corporate environments, supporting users, resolving incidents and working with technologies such as Active Directory, VPN, ticketing, certificates, IP telephony, networks, Windows systems, peripherals and printers.
One of the aspects that best defines my profile is my ability to work independently and take technical responsibility. For more than a year I have worked as the local IT reference technician for a Madrid site, taking responsibility for daily support and the operational continuity of the office technology environment. This has involved prioritizing incidents, resolving problems independently, making decisions within my area of responsibility and coordinating with teams at other sites when required.
This experience has particularly strengthened my organization, time and resource management, user communication and my response to situations that require speed and technical judgement. I work well independently, while also valuing collaboration and coordination with other professionals to reach effective solutions.
I consider myself responsible, solution-oriented, communicative and adaptable. My goal is to continue developing within systems and IT infrastructure while providing reliable, approachable technical support focused on service continuity.
